This Privacy Policy applies to all sections of the Mobile Application. The personal information you provide through the application (such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, etc.) and special categories of personal data (such as health) is protected by SSL security protocols. Access to this information is restricted to Allianz personnel and insurance agents only when necessary to provide the requested service.

By choosing to connect your health applications through your phone settings, you can access health-related content such as personalized health recommendations, health tests, and healthy information with the Digital Health function in our Mobile App. This way, you can track your daily activities (Steps), sleep quality (Sleep Session), and vital signs (Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation). This data is used to improve the health recommendations we offer in the Digital Health area and to provide more personalized suggestions, helping you to establish healthy habits. The data in the Digital Health area is not associated with health policies. You can change your preferences at any time in your phone settings and manage your choices regarding connecting health applications.

This Mobile Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications. Allianz is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external websites accessed through such links. These websites and applications may have different data collection and privacy protection practices than Allianz. Therefore, it is important to review the privacy policies of other websites you visit.

Through this Mobile Application, if your policy includes relevant coveragefor remote health services, you may make appointments with contracted doctors, dietitians, or psychologists via a company offering remote health information systems. This service is limited to booking appointments and consultations, and Allianz does not provide any medical services or treatment. The consultations with doctors, dietitians, or psychologists are not recorded. Data processing activities related to the consultations conducted via the remote health information system are the responsibility of the relevant doctor, the company providing the system, or other third parties involved in the process. Appointment, participation, and cancellation information are shared between the company providing remote health information systems and Allianz.

You can benefit from the informative and risk measurement based Health Risk tests which are prepared by the health associations and doctors in the Mobile Application, can answer the questions inside the tests and assess your health risks. Your personal data can be processed to show you the result of the test in the application, past test results and the date of using the test can be processed to provide you preventive medical instructions and showing them inside the mobile application. Allianz does not guarantee the validity of the results. 

Your personal information is collected in order to provide you with the most appropriate service and to improve the quality of the service. Your personal information may be collected in the following ways;

  • Information you provide: We collect and record the personal information you provide through the Mobile Application. This information must be accurate and complete. If incomplete or inaccurate information is provided, we may not be able to provide the requested service.
  • Automatically Provided Information: Information that is automatically collected from your device during the download and use of the application (e.g., IP address, location-based services permissions requested for affiliated healthcare institutions, vehicle services, cookies, etc.) may be used to improve the efficiency of our services.

The information we collect about you is used to help us provide you with the best possible service and to continually improve the quality of that service. This information is collected in the following ways:

The information you provide while using the Mobile Application is collected and recorded by us. This information is provided entirely voluntarily by you. In order to provide you with a faster, more accurate, more effective and higher quality service, you are required to accurately provide all information requested in the Mobile Application. This requirement arises from your obligation to provide a pre-contractual declaration and it should be noted that failure to provide the mandatory information required for the service requested may make it impossible to fulfill your request. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Do not provide false, misleading or incomplete information. Providing inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information may affect the validity of the insurance, the liability of the insurer or agent to you or the insured, and the rights to claim under the policy and services. In such cases, Allianz accepts no responsibility. If Allianz suffers a loss as a result of the provision of incorrect, misleading or incomplete information, you are obliged to compensate Allianz for the loss.

Automatically Provided Information: When you download and use our mobile application, we automatically recognize you through a system called "cookies," which collect information from previous visits to the mobile application and the services you have used.

You can learn how to limit or completely disable this feature in the "Help" menu on your phone. However, we recommend that you leave this feature enabled because the information collected in this way helps us provide you with a faster and higher quality service. Allianz may collect and use your IP address from time to time in order to identify system issues and resolve potential problems or disputes arising from services within the Mobile Application. IP addresses may also be used to identify users generally and to gather broad demographic information.

Allianz may share your personal data with third parties only in the following situations;

  • To comply with legal obligations (laws, regulations, etc.).
  • To fulfill the requirements of the contract you have with Allianz.
  • At the request of authorized administrative and judicial authorities.
  • When necessary to protect your rights, safety and personal data. 
  • If you provide your open consent. 

By installing and using the Mobile Application, you consent to the processing and sharing of your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Offering you suitable products, services, and promotions.
  • Facilitating doctor, dietitian, or psychologist appointments and consultations upon your request.
  • Enabling communication with Allianz and providing general information.

By using the Mobile Application, your personal data is processed in order to provide you with more efficient and personalized services. This data will only be used by Allianz and its partners for the stated purposes and may be shared with business partners as necessary. By downloading and using the Mobile Application and requesting the services we provide through it, you consent to the processing of your personal data submitted through this Mobile Application for the purposes of accessing products, applications, benefits or campaigns that are appropriate to your needs, receiving general information, booking appointments with doctors, nutritionists or psychologists, obtaining remote health services and communicating with you and benefiting from the digital health risk tests. You acknowledge that you are aware of and accept the right to opt-out of the transmission of any form of communication (data, voice, images, etc.) at any time, either in its entirety or on a product/channel basis.

This mobile application can contain links to othe applications or websites. Allianz does not take responsability of the content and privacy policies of the related applications and websites. These applications and websites has their own policies different than Allianz. Allianz does not take responsability of the damages that can happen while using the application due to an error, outage, delay on information transfer, computer virus, electricity. Allianz takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal data. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore recommend that you exercise caution when transmitting personal data over the Internet.

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To inquire whether your data is being processed.
  • To inquire information if your data is being processed.
  • To request the purpose of data processing and to inquire if these are used according to its purpose.
  • The request the information with who your data is being shared locally in the country and abroad.
  • To request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • To request deletion or anonymization of your data.
  • To request informing the 3rd parties that the data is shared about the deletion, correction and anonymization of your data.
  • To object to results which are against your benefit which are derived from the automated analysis systems exclusively.
  • To request the reimbursement of their damage in case if it occurs due to the proccessing of your data against the law.

Allianz reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Mobile Application or other communication channels. Continued use of the Mobile Application after policy changes means you accept the new terms.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect. Allianz reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms.

Anyone installing, using the Mobile Application, or requesting services is considered to have read and accepted the terms in the User Agreement. Allianz assumes no responsibility for material or immaterial damages resulting from hacking, malware, or reverse engineering attempts.

Allianz may disclose user information in the following cases:

1. To comply with legal obligations.
2. To enforce the User Agreement and other contracts.
3. Upon request from authorized authorities during investigations.
4. When legally required to protect users’ rights or security.

By continuing to use the Mobile Application, you agree to these terms and any future changes made by Allianz.
